Dear Hancock County 4-H Buyer,
First, we want to say that we hope you are staying safe and healthy during these times. We also want to thank you for your support of the Hancock County 4-H Fair, the livestock sale and, of course, our 4-H youth.
In the world that we are living in today with COVID-19, the summer that we once looked forward to and enjoyed is going to look very different this year – especially our 2020 Hancock County 4-H fair and livestock sale. Although we all wish that we could be together to celebrate the ending of another great fair, and the hard work and dedication that our 4-Hers put forth in their projects, we are trying to do the best we can to navigate these uncharted waters.
As a sale committee, along with the Hancock County 4-H Ag Association and Fair Board, we want to continue to recognize our 4-Hers that participated in a livestock project this year. We have updated our brochure with details on how you can support our beef, dairy, goat, poultry, rabbit, sheep and swine showmen. A list of the 4-Hers who are selling their animals is below. We’ve outlined multiple ways that you can contribute. Forms are available below or at the Ag Association office or extension office.
