The American Red Cross is hosting a blood drive from Monday October 4th at the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 Apple St., Greenfield.
Visit RedCrossBlood.org or call 1-800-Red-Cross to schedule an appointment. There will be a blood donor T-shirt for every donor who comes.
The American Red Cross Blood Services reports having gone from an urgent need, to critical need, and now to a national severe blood shortage, with surgeries and transfusions being canceled.
